Follow these steps
- After checkout, you will be directed to the 'Booking Details' page. Enter a promo code in the 'Promo Code' field and click on "Apply". You must click on "Apply" for the discount to be successfully applied.
- A One-Time Password (OTP) will be automatically sent to the contact number provided in the booking
- Upon successful verification, there will be a clear indication that the discount has been applied in both the booking details and the Order Summary. The discounted amount will be reflected in the Order Summary.
- If you are not able to receive the OTP, visit this article to self-troubleshoot.
Can I use multiple promo codes for one booking?
Only one(1) promo code can be applied to each booking at one time. There may be products where the use of promo codes is not allowed. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for each promo code or campaign for more details.
Why can't I find the promo code field when booking?
The activity that you have selected may not be applicable for promo codes. The list of activities is indicated here: Product Exclusions on Pelago.
How many KrisFlyer miles will I earn if I use a promo code?
Any KrisFlyer miles earned or redeemed will be based on the final amount paid after eligible discounts have been applied.
What if I went ahead to book when the promo code was not successfully applied?
Please ensure that you have applied the promo code successfully by checking the promo code field as well as your Order Summary which should reflect a discount in the final booking amount.
Once payment is complete, discounts cannot be applied to the charged amount.
