We know that sometimes plans change and life gets in the way. Before sending a request to make a change,
1. Check the Validity of your Voucher
The validity period of your ticket is indicated on your voucher or on the activity page under the 'Additional Information' section > 'Ticket validity':

Open-Dated Vouchers
When your voucher indicates that it is valid for a period of time, this means that you can redeem your experience on any day within the ticket's validity and the experience provider's operating time.
Depending on the activity you have booked, changing the date of your activity is subject to the experience provider's availability.
Examples:
- Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid for 1 month from the date of selection only.
- Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid from 1 January to 1 June 2024 only.
- Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid till 1 June 2024 only.
- Valid until 31 December 2024.
Fixed-Dated Vouchers
If your voucher is only valid on the selected activity date or the date specified on the voucher, it can only be used on that day.
However, you may be able to change the date or time of your activity if the experience provider has the capacity to make these changes. Such requests are subject to the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy applicable to your activity can be found on the voucher.
Examples:
- Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
- Valid only on 1 June 2024.
2. Request to Change your Booking
For Attraction bookings with Open-Dated Vouchers:
Depending on the activity you have booked, selected attractions require you to make a further reservation with them directly upon booking confirmation.
If you have already done so, please reach out to them directly to amend your reservation. This is subject to their availability and amendment policies, where applicable.
If you were not required to make a reservation, you may proceed to visit the attraction on another day.
For all other bookings:
Please reach out to us via this form. Our team will be in touch with the experience provider to check if changes can be accommodated. Request for changes may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the response times and availability of the experience provider. Requests are subject to the cancellation policy.
