Change Date/ Time
Before sending a request to make a change, do check the validity period of your ticket on your voucher or product page (Additional Information > Ticket validity section). Depending on the activity that you have booked, you can use your e-ticket any day within the stated validity period.
If your ticket is only valid on the selected activity date, you may be able to change the date or time of your activity if the experience provider has the capacity to make these changes. Such requests may still be subjected to the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy applicable to your activity can be found on the voucher.
Submit your request below and our team will be in touch with the experience provider to check if changes can be accommodated. Changes may take up to 1 - 5 days to be confirmed, depending on the response times and availability of the provider.
