We know that sometimes plans can change and life can get in the way. That's ok, we will help you out as best as we can.
Change my date/ time
You may be able to change the date/time of your activity if our provider has the capacity to make these changes. Simply submit your request using the Cancel or Change booking form as quickly as possible, and our team will get in touch with your activity provider to facilitate the changes. Such requests may still be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Alternatively, if your booking is refundable, make a new booking immediately to secure your new slot, and submit the Cancel or Change booking form to get your first booking canceled.
Cancel my booking
The cancellation policy applicable to your activity is stated under "Terms & Conditions" found on the activity booking page (at the time of booking), booking details, and voucher. Please review the Pelago Cancellation Policy for more details.
- You can cancel your booking for free anytime within the free cancellation period.
- If the activity you've booked for has a "no cancellation" policy, or if the cancellation request was made after the free cancellation period is over, you will not be entitled to a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you want to cancel a booking, some providers may be able to offer you an alternative time/date. You are welcome to either accept the new date/time or request a full refund if allowable under the cancellation policy.
