We know that sometimes plans change and life gets in the way.
Change date/ time
You may be able to change the date/time of your activity if our provider has the capacity to make these changes. Such requests may still be subjected to the standard cancellation policy.
Alternatively, if your booking is refundable, make a new booking immediately to secure your new slot. Then, submit the Cancel or Change booking form to get your first booking cancelled.
The cancellation policy applicable to your activity is stated under "Terms & Conditions" found on the activity booking page (at the time of booking), booking details, and voucher.
- You can cancel your booking for free anytime within the free cancellation period.
- If the activity you've booked for has a "No Cancellation" policy, or if the cancellation request was made after the free cancellation period, you will not be entitled to a refund unless for exceptional circumstances.
Should you wish to cancel a booking, some providers may be able to offer you an alternative time/date. You are welcome to either accept the new date/time or request a full refund if allowable under the Cancellation Policy.
