We know that sometimes plans change and life gets in the way.
The cancellation policy applicable to your activity is stated under "Terms & Conditions" found on the activity booking page (at the time of booking) and can also be found on the voucher.
- You can cancel your booking for free anytime within the free cancellation period.
- If the activity you've booked for has a "No Cancellation" policy, or if the cancellation request was made after the free cancellation period, you will not be entitled to a refund unless for exceptional circumstances.
Should you wish to cancel a booking, some providers may be able to offer you an alternative time/date. You are welcome to either accept the new date/time or request a full refund if allowable under the Cancellation Policy.
