You can locate your booking confirmation in two places:
1. Booking Confirmation Email
Once your booking has been confirmed, the booking confirmation email and vouchers will be sent to the email address you provided when you made the booking. Your vouchers are in the form of a PDF attachment. Do check your email for the attachment, or check your spam or junk folder if you are unable to locate the email, or reach out to us via this form if you need further assistance.
2. Pelago "My Accounts" page.
If you have logged in to your Pelago Account before making your booking, you can retrieve the booking voucher and view the booking statuses on "My Accounts" page.
Do ensure that your browser (Safari/ Chrome) has not blocked pop-ups, as it may prevent your voucher from loading.
Did you make a guest booking?
If you have made a booking as a guest user, you will not be able to view your booking details in "My Accounts" page. Kindly refer to the booking confirmation email that was sent to you instead.
If you've signed up for an account after you made the booking, unfortunately you will not be able to view guest bookings in your "My Accounts" page.
