After you completed the purchase:
- If your selected activity offers “Instant Confirmation”, you will receive a confirmation email with the voucher attached immediately after.
- If your selected activity offers “Confirmation within 24/48 hours”, the provider will confirm your booking within the stated period. Once it has been confirmed, you will then receive an email with the voucher.
