Join-in Tour
In join-in tours, you are grouped together with other travellers who have also signed up for the same tour. You will be guided with a professional tour guide, and follow an itinerary that has already been planned for you.

Seat-in-Coach Tour

Similar to Join-in Tour, in Seat-in-Coach Tour, you are grouped together with other travellers, follow an itinerary and guided with a professional tour guide. You will be travelling on a van/ coach.

Private Tour
In a private tour, you and your traveling party have exclusive access to a tour guide. You may follow the itinerary that has already been planned for you, or, depending on what is offered, have the flexibility to request for customisation to your itinerary.

Transfers
This refers to transportation arrangement, that is pre-arranged, usually from your place of accommodation to the location of your activity. It can be private (i.e. only serving you and your travelling party) or shared with others. 

Pre-registration required
After purchasing the tickets from Pelago, you will have to register a date or timeslot with the activity provider. Detailed instructions on how to pre-register are included in the e-ticket or voucher that you will receive after your booking has been confirmed.

Singapore Residents Tickets/ Prices

Singapore Residents may be eligible to enjoy discounted tickets at selected attractions in Singapore, e.g. Mandai Wildlife Reserves, Gardens by the Bay. Singapore Residents refer to all Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, holders of a valid employment pass (EP or work permit) issued by the authorities of Singapore, Dependant’s pass, Student Pass holders. Tourists are not eligible for Singapore Resident rates.
